Does anyone make an aerodynamic cube van besides aerocell or HCV?

I am curious about this because I seem to remember a few years ago one of the major manufactures i.e. Supreme,Baybridge, etc. made a cube van with an aerodynamic van body.

I've never seen one of these that I recall but it looks interesting. Certainly it would be a viable option when considering a Sprinter.

Thanks for the info on HCV. I checked it out and it's at the same Factory where I worked as Quality Control in the 80's.
It is a little too small for us and I guess I will go with the Aerocell. They seem to have a good reputation and they'll work with you for modifications. I'd like to build a super sleeper with a moveable bulkhead aft so I could shift it to accommodate 3 skids.
For a couple it's a great comfort to have a good sleeper after all they build a lot of stuff in a Class C RV.

Supreme makes one with the "Top Hat" option. They extend the roof of the van in an aerodynamic fashion so that it's the same height as the roof of the truck body. This gives you greater fuel economy due to the aerodynamics plus more head room in the cab allowing for a taller pass thru door if so equipped. Kind of like Rev Dave's.

Anyone have any idea how much the HCV costs? and can it be done to an existing van?

If you look around their website you'll find the pricing. It's 10k or 11k depending on gm or ford product but I don't recall which is which. I don't see any reason they couldn't do it to a van the customer brought in rather than one backed off the delivery truck.

jordan ford in mishawaka ind had one with a 5.7. their sticker was 39K. imho the right place for that is about 35k. just above a used sprinter with 1/4 million miles and a new one. maybe if you walk in with cash it can happen.

vision has approval from ford and gm to do conversions. they had no chevs due to the aa strike. their website lists dealers.

afa aero vans, did you look at supreme or bay bridge for their top hat cube vans? the supreme service body looks interesting as it gives storage boxes for accerories. these also add weight and can be had up to 14 ft.
