Hello,
I keep having a check engine light come on. I have a 2005 freightliner m2-106. The code that keeps coming up is a ecu 128. Does anyone know what this code means.

Sounds like the data-link or ICU. Will require a few tests to determine. Basically means there is a computer communication issue.

If the data-link is ok then a few more steps have to be done. At that point it depends on the engine which you don't mention.
