Very Few Complaints
Now, I will be this first to admit that my ethical standards are so high, it does bother me when certain situations have arisen in the course of conducting business.
What I have learned is that after all of the aspects of my concerns have been explained to me by our Fleet Coordinators, I realized that my frustration was the result of a lack of information on my part.
It says a great deal about any company when the gripes and complaints are minuscule by comparison.
Thank you to the Fleet Coordinators who walk a tightrope between the drivers on one side and their responsibility to the carrier on the other.
Thank you to the dispatchers who are patient with us.
Thank you to the Fleet Manager for his willingness to hear our concerns.
Thank you to the CEO who takes time to contact us personally.A true friend is one who knows all about us and still loves us.
