Unit Types and Rates
Contractor compensation based on the following defined vehicle types:
A. Cargo Van or non-dock high with capacity up to 3,000 pounds.
Per Loaded Mile $0.75
B. Cargo Van or non-dock high with capacity up to 3,001 pounds or more.
Per Loaded Mile $0.80
C. Straight Truck of box length 12’ – 16’
Per Loaded Mile $1.10
D. Straight Truck over 16’ with capacity of 10,000 pounds or more.
Per Loaded Mile $1.20
E. Tandem Axle Straight Truck.
Per Loaded Mile $1.20
*Note: Per mile rate increases to $1.35 at 14,001 pounds.
F. Semi- Tractor
Per Loaded Mile $1.53
