Is it safe to use the standard mileage rate on a van? or are you just setting your up for a audit and a big pay back?

it depends on the area, or audit trail that is being saturated for audits, There is no guarantee that will not be audited, but as long as you have accurate record, and a copy of your lease contract that states that you the company you are leased to has exclusive right to you vehicle and you cannot contract out to any other company.
