Fkatz Moderator Join Date: Nov 1999 Location: . Rating: Posts: 548	Standard Mileage Rate Increases ITS OFFICIAL EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2008 THE NEW MILEAGE RATE FOR CARGO VANS IS 58.5 CENTS PER MILE. THE RATE FOR JANUARY THOUGH JUNE 30 IS 50.5 CENTS PER MILE, So this year you have a split mileage, so Come July 1, mark the mileage on the speedometer down, and then again at the end of the year.
