Tax write off?

If I am a driver for a contractor w/or without their own authority and have to supply the fuel, is that a tax deduction for me?

RE: Tax write off?

Hi Mouse,
Sorry haven't gotten back to you sooner, but I am also a driver and been out myself.

If you are paying for fuel, tolls, or any other items for the truck it is your deduction, not the owners.

IF the owner reimburses you for these expenses, then it is his deduction not yours.
