Heard it on the NFL channel this evening. Chicago is also having Brian Griese practice with the 1st squad. I was wondering how long Smith would keep ole Rexy around. I am sure that will motivate him to do well against the Rams Monday night.

Very possible that's what it's meant to do... motivate Grossman. With Lovie stating Rex is his man, I don't think he'll change things till they start losing. Tho if I were a qb in the NFL, nothing my coach said would insure I was concrete in my job.
