I heard part of an interview with him last night. He's very well educated. African immigrants usually take every advantage given to them to learn and improve themselves. Mutumbo is no exception. Tho I don't know what good it will do building a state of the art hospital if his old country is controled by warlords. But his heart is in a good place.
