    barrycare / College Education Funding

Sooo.... The Dems have slipped the take over of ALL funding for hgher education into the barrycare bill.....no more will anyone get funds for college from anyone other then the fed gov...mom and dad will no longer do a 2nd mortage on their home through the bank, they will have to go to the fed gov now......then barry will have his "americorp" people as "community service will be "mandated" as a part of ant funding......the fed will now decide who goes into certain careers based on the "minorities" needed in certain professions that require a higher education.....

So the banks, the auto industry, wall st, healthcare, education....all now or soon to be under the fed government control.....

oh, before anyone points out that most college loans are already backed by the fed gov, that is true, but they are handled by the "market place" now....that will now longer be how it is....the fed gov will be in total control and their will be mandates place on those that apply, that will affect their lives that are not there now......

Ahhhh the Socialization of America... "The United Soicalist States of America:.....How is that "Hope and Change" workin for you.......

Since 1965, education has been under federal government control.

Most of the experts on higher education have pointed to one factor involved with closing off education access - government funding and the student loan program.

and now with the "mandates" that wll be tighted to the fund, the fact that there will no longer be a secondary market for loans and the fed gov controlling the number of people and the "race" ( can't discriminate you know we nne that balance) of people that get funds for certain professions....it will only get worse...

I don't just see a day when the 'student' has no choice of what profession to enter but limited to education based on tests and performance of the past but it being talked about now.

The problem I see is we have our competition who has established their education system not based on the needs of a teacher/union or how the student feels but rather the needs for the country but this country doesn't seem to care.
