I'd like to give him the benefit of the doubt that a gentleman bows to a lady upon introduction however that has long since gone out of style and practice. There's no other legitimate explanation so another inexcusable added to his tally.

I thougth about the gentleman deal also, but not from the President to a Mayor...its not the proper protical as Layout pointed out..
I think Layout has it right , he has no respect for our Constitution, Bill of rights, Declaration of Independence and it seems that he has no respect for the office either.....for him it appears to be nothing but a stepping stone for his use to impliment his ideals and socialist plans on our country.....but then again,
