Guaranteed tax increases for those making less than $250,000

Thats a lie!! not a chance!! barry said no tax increase for the middleclass!!!
but to be safe, id stop paying them now, file, just send them an IOU. as CA did......"i can't balnace my budget, so i'll oay you when i get it.."There are people in need of help.
