Only if you have a closed mind. I was FORCED to study the "left" for lack of a better term in ways that most people in this country never have or wanted too for that matter. I have worked with far too many who escaped from Soviet Russia, Poland and East Germany and heard first hand the REAL stories of life in those times. I hear many of the same exact words out of our polititons mouths.

It is a shame that I cannot introduce you to some of those guys, you would find it very interesting. Like "George" not his real name since his life is SILL in danger even 30 years latter. I won't even tell you WHERE I USED to work with him. It took he over 2 1/2 YEARS to escape from Russia. Much of that time spent crawling in open sewers, hiding in the basements of "safe" houses and being shot at several times. Ask him about "Death Squads" I listened to him, I LEARNED and I Believed him!! I saw his scars. I base my opionion on learned facts.

I do not say that it IS going to happen I just said that I fear that it MIGHT and that alone is enough to fight it tooth and nail.

I don't need you to introduce me to the people you know who lived it. I have them in my own family. That is why I am here now. As far as the "death squads" you speak of, those aren't what the death panel is about. If you want to know about so called "death squads" who hunted escapees down that did in fact exist in this country, you could talk to just about any black person that is a descendant of a slave. It did happen here.

Not all blacks can claim that. with the influx of people from Africa in the 1870's to 1890's and again from 1950's to 70's, many have not had the chance to make this claim.

How about the in the last 10 years? How many are from eastern Africa and have nothing in common with the people who are living in the south for a couple centuries.

England tries very hard to cover up the fact they do from time to time have to make life or death Decision on health care becouse of no funding. Then the BBC or sky blows there cover in the press, the problem here in the usa is exept of fox maybe and a few radio staions or news papers(read very few),if that did happen it would go unreported in most "news services" if it made a leftist adminasration look bad

No, but you have NO idea just how bad it is in places like England. Care cut off if you are too old or too young. VERY sub-standard care. SO on and so forth. WHY IS it that SOOOO many people who are otherwise fairly smart STILL believe that government health care is a good thing? With the track record of leftest goverments last century, and the track record of ALL the failed leftest/socialist programs in THIS country, what in the world make you think that THIS socialist health system being proposed here will work? It WILL get VERY bad. Government is NEVER the answer, unless you want MORE dead.

You have very obviously not paid any attention whatsoever to what my opinions are on nationalized medicine. The only item I have posted that would give you even an iota of an inkling that I would approve of it is the post I made a couple days ago from the guy who claimed his family benefitted from it.
