Re: My man Bill gets journalists pardoned
There is no saving grace to the drivel that pass's as attacks on one of the most important Presidents our country ever had.Thank God he is around to remind the world not all Americans were brain dead enough to cast two votes for w.Now there's a lieing ******* who we could not send to Denmark to check on rotting cheese.Bill will always be respected by those with a brain and not a big belt buckle. The BB crowd are well known here and around the world for their support of bozo, fortuanatly they represent nothing but chatter in the back ground these days. The humble minions of another time.
American citizens have the right,a constititional right,to a free and open press. Reporters who are trying to get the story right sometimes risk it all to bring it home.Having Bill avaialable and willing to put on a two hour puppet show to bring these two brave women home has zero to do with his bad choice in a private matter.
Greg, some people don't know their *** from a hot rock. It's just always been that way,and always will be.As our country continues to heal from the nightmare of all the two vote Charlies who all but destroyed our Republic,I'm reminded of the now famous prediction by Dick Dick the VEEP that we would be greeted at the gates of Bagdad with open arms and offerings of 17 virgins.
Thank God for Bill and all who can recognize true leadership qualities and have long forgiven a personal indescetion. For the BB crowd Sara and Jeb Bush welcome you with open arms to their shindig.Hope you all get on very well together.

Re: My man Bill gets journalists pardoned
Andy,
I agree with you 100% with this. I stand by that 100% but the problem is we don't have a free and open press.
The press was not intended to be what it is today but a system where any citizen can freely express and communicate by any means. Today we have a press that is an insitution, just like Slavery was and community activism is. There is nothing that hurts our country more than to have people complain within the insitution that it is being harmed by the citizens who are using new means to communicate. Therer have been numerous calls for the government to step in and stop this activity, people like Brian Williams, Cronkite, Shiefer and even Couric who have been vocal about the damage the citizen journalst have done.
See Andy these journalist, the people who want to change the world think of themselves as above the citizen, the first amendement is interpeted that the press is protected to disclose informaiton while the citizen isn't afforded that protection - this was not how the amendment was written or intended to be used.
I would agree with you if this thread was about a different situation, like reporters who were reporting on troops in Iraq or Africa where terrorist were planning on Killing more Americans. But these reporters were doing illegal things that we ourselves have problems with and not to help the country, any citizen or issues we face. They knew what they were doing, they and their supporters felt that they were too important but worst of all they are connected to a politically motivated individual who has had a campaign of misinformaiton and made millions off of it.
Well I don't agrree. first these people were no bravver than the guy who pays his electric bill, they thought they would get away with something and didn't.
Bill taking time to do a two hour puppet show raises a lot of qwuestions of where our priorities are. We have a number of kidnapped citizens around the world, and even more so a number of citizens who are jailed in foreign countries, but we focus on two individuals who should be put on a list at the state department like everyone else. Like I said maybe he would do the country some good by traveling to Mexico city and seeing what he can do there.
I would agree with you on the white house issue has nothing to do with this but he assumed that position as president and he has no privacy and never should. But don't forget, he did this to showup Hillary.Greg
