Layout you are exactly right, to label them POW's is a stretch as they do not belong to any nations army. and that is another reason they should not be givin any rights under the geneva convension and they certainly do not have any rights granted in our constitution to US citizens. They are nothing but as you out it, SCUM.

Now as for Barry (yea i know i have been told i need to growup by my ex MIL too many yrs ago) knowing more about the Constitution then most simply because he went to school and became a teacher of constitutional law, you obviously haven't read any of his positions on the instrument. He would love nothing more then to do away with it and he is doing his hos best to do exactly that...after all most will admit he is nothing more then a socialist....

As for the charges being dismissed without prejudice so that they can bring him back up on charges in our court system verses the military court where he should be, ahhh, if you read the original statement, they said he COULD be recharged, not he WOULD be recharged.........Again, just kill him , call it murder, our government does it daily... just add him to the list...they could even have Blackwater contractors do it!! And that isn't spin at all. its how i and more then a few others feel...of course they aren't liberals either......
