"To speak or not to speak, that is the ?"
Yesterday, while at a dealer having some work done, i had the pleasure of running across a very unpleasant individual. while listening to his attitude with others {bad mouthing} i wondered to myself, speak or not. we all have certain dealers, repair facilities or other places we feel sorta obligated to cause time after time they have been reliable. do you speak up for these place when others are putting them down around other customers or not. this just got me to thinking. as for me, i did, but in a positive way. what about you?

i speakup in a heartbeat...good businesses need to be supported and not just with your dollars..you can tactifully" speak up and make it known that there will from time to time be situations that need special attention...and make your point as to the quality of the business and their ability and willingness to deal with those situation....word of mouth can make or break a business...
There are people in need of help. Charity is one of the nobler human motivations. The act of reaching into one's own pockets to help a fellow man in need is praiseworthy and laudable. Reaching into someone else's pocket is despicable and worthy of condemnation.
