I'm pretty sure I can't say what I think because the software will edit it out. It makes me SICK when stuff like this happens in Texas. We should have locked the doors on the state a few decades ago and done an awful lot more capital punishment than we did. We wouldn't have as much of this garbage going on then.

Good idea Leo but it will never happen. Not as long as you have Dumbecrats and Rebumlicans in office. "Stuff" flows downhill, from the top. You can't fight crime and corruption when our elected officials are corrupt criminals themselfs. They protect thier own kind. It's in the "Criminals Union" by-laws. Layoutshooter

Seems a bit severe to me. Especially for working a towing scam. But it would clean up the problem.
How bout we lock the doors and sell the whole state to Mexico but retain the mineral rights. That would help the U.S. get extra revenue to help pay for all the bailouts. I heard the T.T.O.O.A. (Tow Truck Operators Of America) are next in line with their hands out.

I see your members have found my victim of illegal towing website. Well, I created this site to warn motorist about the scams that occur daily in Texas.
Tractor Trailers seem to be the most sought have vehicle to tow or breakin and drive to their impound lot.
I joined your group, just to warn your drivers about the evil in the towing industry in Texas.

Lawrence, yes, there are a lot of them going on. I've heard reports on the local news while at home too. It's not just t/t either. A lot of cars that suggest money are also being done this way.
Moot, I wouldn't execute for the tow scam, unless maybe it was the third conviction for it. I'd have it automatic execution on third felony conviction though and automatic execution for any conviction involving a weapon whether third conviction or not.OOIDA Life Member 677319

I agree Leo, ANY weapon!! Knives, forks, axes, rope, guns etc. Just being in possesion of a weapon while committing a crime should add AT LEAST 10 years MANDATORY sentence in addition to any other sentence. I also like a 5 year sentence, PER GUN, for anyone who steals a gun. SO, when I was robbed here and they got 8 guns those goobers would have got 40 years on the gun thefts in addition to the silly 2-5 years that they got. Either that or just give them to me and let me fix the problem. They NEVER would have comitted another crime in thier useless lifes. Layoutshooter

Man, I thought you were tough but you're a pushover. Ten years extra for a weapon? Sissy sentence. Weapon possession during felony = death penalty. That's a real man's sentence. I'll even guarantee 100% no recidivism after sentencing is carried out.

Maybe they could have decapitated an entire prison and put their heads on a pike, gotten a knife, cut open their spleen and drink their fluids.
