Turtle, I have to apologies for posting this without checking it out. I got this info about 5 minutes before i posted it from a normally very reliable scource. He stated to a group that questioned if this indeed was new news and that the judge has signed the order and he stated 3 times that yes this was new and the judge had signed the order.

I did not have time to look for the llink as i was heading out to KC, MO at the time. When i got here, I started looking for the link and I cannot find anything on this.

The scource is normally very reliable and has more then enough inside the "belt way" connections as he is a national syndicated radio talk show host. As I said he is normally a scource to be trusted, so I'll give him the benefit of the doubt for now, thinking that if this is new news, we should see something today. If not, I'll be back to extend my apologies for even posting it to begin with.

The talk show hosts (who are not journalists) and the bloggers are amusing sometimes. Like, the "fact" that's running around the net about the birth certificate that was released has been examined by at least three document forensic experts who have all certified it as a fake, yet that's not true at all. A few "experts" examined a JPG image of the certificate and were somehow able to authenticate it as a forgery.

There's a bleed-through date stamp on the back of the birth certificate, Nov. 6, 2007, and people went nuts thinking that that's the date of the crafty forgery. But, that's merely the date of issue of the duplicate from the state of Hawaii, issued upon request of a US Senator.

People go on and on about how, if Obama has nothing to hide, that he should direct the state of Hawaii to make his birth certificate available to anyone who requests it. Apparently, these people don't realize that Obama's birth certificate, as well as yours and mine, are part of the public record and that anyone can get a copy of anyone's birth certificate at any time. But noooo, Obama is refusing to allow to have his released. Too funny.

Anyway, I digress. If a judge had signed a court order, then you can bet it would be part of the public record (which can be looked up and verified) and that at the very least a little blurb would appear in the news media (yeah, even the Zionist controlled news media, or rather, especially the Zionist controlled news media), and not solely on bloggers Web sites. Inside the Beltway out outside the Beltway, doesn't matter, if a judge signed a court order, it's public, especially since the judge in this case is a Pennsylvania judge and not an inside-the-Beltway judge (US District Court Judge R. Barclay Surrick of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania). The case has a case number, which can be looked up, and in the court record of the Berg case there is no record of any such order being signed by a judge.

McCain was born in Panama. Is he a US citizen? Yeah, he is. His parents were US citizens.

Obama was born in Hawaii. Is he a US citizen. Yeah, he is, he was born in the United States. But, hey, for giggles, let's say he was born in Keyna. Is he a US citizen then? Yeah, his mother was a US citizen, which means he is too.

Berg asserts some convoluted logic that people take on the citizenship of their custodial parent, not their real parents, and in the case of Obama his grandparent in Indonesia (for a rather brief time, at that), and because his custodial parent was not a US citizen, then by default, Obama, as an infant of sound mind and body, somehow managed to renouce his US citizenship. Basically, Berg is a Hillary supporter who is whining within the legal system.

I love the few weeks leading up to a presidential election. That's when the most entertaining come out of the woodwork. Obama isn't a US citizen. Neither is McCain. Hey, did you know that McCain wasn't really even a POW? It's true. He was never tortured and never had any bones broken, and he had it real easy in captivity and lived over there in relative comfort, with nearly daily visits to him from hookers. It's true. I read it on a blog.

My youngest son was born in England when I was stationed there with DOD. Under US law he is a US citizen. He was also a British subject until the age of 18 when he had to choose one or the other. He lost the British by default having never filed any papers. He can legally run for President or play cricket for Yorkshire. Very few in this country can play for Yorkshire, but he does not play cricket so I guess it don't matter. He too was involed in a cover up, much like I was. We used to cover the plants in the spring to keep the frost off of them. Those spring frosts in Pennsylvania were caused by local Zionist radicals. That is why we had to be involed in the cover up, to protect them. Many thousands of US citizens were born over seas. It does not reflect on them or thier families.
