changing an out of state cdl to ohio
hi all,
i have a cdl class a and wish to change it to an ohio cdl. Any one who has changed their cdl to ohio did you have to retake all the written test for cdl (knowledge test 1&2, combination, airbrake etc)
i know illinois and mass requires you to to retake ll the tests but some other states only require you to retake the class d knowledge test.
your reply is greatly appreciated

I switched my Class A [with hazmat] to Ohio years ago - too many years, apparently, bc I can't remember whether I took the tests, lol.
Call the Ohio BMV on Mon morning, if you don't get the answer here.
