Hi iam looking for freight board for Hamilton Ontario or which is a good board any help would be appreciated sick and tired of being treated as second class citizen.
so i have decided to make the jump and arrange for jobs my self any help in that matter would also be appreciated.

Shah, who are you with now? I remember you posting earlier that you were looking for a carrier, and didn't want to cross the border, and didn't have a sleeper.
Good luck in finding a board, serving a specific location.. ain't no such animal.
Why are you feeling you're being treated as a second class citizen.. is it because you're not getting enough work? Being made to sit and wait? Hard to get backhauls? If so, things seem to have been a bit on the slow side lately.. don't take it personally.
From the sounds of it, you're looking for something very specific, and you might be better off to try to carve a niche for yourself doing biz directly for one shipper with regular runs of the kind you're looking to do. (ie daytime, no border crossing).
Unfortunately, that would take some research, legwork and salesmanship on your end. There ain't no golden goose waiting to land in your truck.

some people will try to discourage you. but you got to remember most on here are just company drivers who think that work comes when the qc beeps.

if you want to find freight just go to your google and type the name of the city followed by a , then the state

Iam working with a company out of Mississauga Ontario and didnt get along with Dispatch.
(good news that came out after i posted this request was big boss did the audit and found out out of 20 owner operators 3 were making money and rest were like me so head dispatch was fired.since then things are better and computerized dispatch with satellite tracking so whom ever is closer to the job regardless of what it pays gets the job no more Favorites)

I have been in this business long enough to no there is no such thing as Golden goose if there was i would have found it by now.

Actually i did find a board with lots of local work (ask and you shell receive)but i have no need for it any more as every body gets there fair share of work every day.
