Introduction To Expediting; Now Available in .pdf
My recent "Introduction to Expediting" post prompted a request from Greg334 to make it available as a download in .pdf format. I revised the piece to be carrier neutral and ran it by Lawrence. He read and approved it, and posted the .pdf document at:

Great work,
I have only one more suggestion, as a writer I find that a little more about the author is always helpful to the reader.
Now I can save it, print it and it will look good.

I'll give credit where credit is due. Tom Robertson has a good sized series on expediting basics. He broke it down into five parts. Good read. Maybe he'd bring it over EO's way.
