Bones...Sounds like you drive for the big R. You know, the company that wants O/O's, but then REQUIRES you to allow them to treat you like company owned trucks. I.E.- You have to take this B load, even though you are an E tractor, and loose your a** in tolls and fuel, or BE PUT O.O.S. Oh my, what will i do if i'm put O.O.S? I usually go home, but last time i was told i couldnt go home until i talked to dispatch!!! I guess i showed them!!! Talked to dispatch after i got home.

yes supertrucker,i,m with the big R.Why did they make you call dispatch before you headed home? I never heard of that one before.I thought that was one of the ony decisions we had the right to make without being questioned?I dont envy you with the toll situation,I know it hurts,I use to run beer to manhattan,brooklyn daily,had a kw 900,ouch,do those tolls hurt!I think you had the right idea on going home,these last 2 weeks are slower than pondwater,talked to a couple of e units,said they have been sitting for a couple of days,that made my decision easier to keep peddlin towards the house,if I gotta sit,I,d rather be here then spending money out there.hope it gets busier soon.good luck to you,drive safe.
