CDL insurance

I'm looking to purchase my own straight truck. Can anyone tell me what some of the better and more reasonable trucking insurance companies are? About how much should I expect to pay per month for a good policy? Any info. would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You

RE: CDL insurance

progressive advertises on this site. they are not licensed in my state but recommended 4 other companies to call besides my auto/home policy carrier.

RE: CDL insurance

Talk with someone with the company you plan to sign on with they might get a better rate threw ins. company "B" than you can get with Company "A". Great American Ins., State farm....... To many companies to list here. What works for one driver might not work for another
