Broom: I always thought Mrs Broompilot was a very smart lady, (anyone who married a man who calls her "my bride" beyond the first week of marriage is smarter than I ever was ), and this confirms it. It's a thought worthy of being stitched up as one of the old fashioned 'samplers' that remind us of what really matters in life. Thanks for sharing.

Cheri,
I had an uncle in Canada (Bill) who when I was young I got to hang around his Son Jim they were from Canada. Anyway Marge, his wife he always called his Bride so since this man made such an impression on me I always thought when I get married I will always call my Bride, my Bride.
Bill passed away oh probably 15 years ago. But one great memory was when Jimmy got Married was the first time I got to take Teresa up there to meet everyone. And one memory that sticks to mind, was Bill and Teresa Dancing to Polka, everyone from Canada loved that Young Girl with the Southern Accent.
So Bill is the true reason why I have always refered to Teresa as my Bride.
