My mom was watching this "Myths Revealed" show the other day. She told me one thing they did on there was to reveal the myth if eating poppy seeds, such as those found on a roll, will cause one to fail a drug screen.
The conclusion in their test, which was very scientific, was yes, they will cause one to fail it.
Just thought I'd pass this on- add "No more poppy seed rolls" to the list of silly rules we truck drivers have to try to abide by:D

Wow...that would be pretty tough. Doesn't a Big Mac have those on it? Actually, they call them sesame seeds...same thing?

Not sesame seeds, just poppy seeds. They are small, almost powder-like. Most often seen on Kaiser rolls. Opiates are derived from the poppy plant, and that is what eating the seeds will test one positive for.
