Unbelievable! It really can happen . . .

My honey and I love Vegas! Love it!

We had a run to the Salt Lake area and delivered and what were our layover options? Los Angeles! So, of course, we went to Vegas Babee! We got a decent load offer for pickup Monday, which meant we had all day Fri, Sat, and Sun to play.

We decided to take a break and splurge on a hotel room for 1 night because after spending Friday running around the hotel we fell in love with it (Palace Station), it had truck parking and nice restaurants. Everything we needed was right there in that hotel and we didn't feel the need to bounce from hotel-to-hotel on the strip. First we were down, then we were up, then we were down again, and just about the time we were ready to check out of our hotel room we learned how to play Keno. First we each bet 5 games of 8 numbers and lost. So, we picked 8 more numbers and played 10 more games and went to check out of our room. We got back just in time to catch the 9th game. I looked at my card as the numbers popped up and said, "I got that one," "that's two," "that's four," "that's seven," "Oh my God I think I've got all eight!"

Of course, my honey said, "Naw, that's impossible! Let me see that."

Just then the game stopped and reset the progressive pot at $50,000. A guy went up to the counter and said, "Are they here?" And, honey said in a voice I'd never heard from him before as if not really wanting to call attention to himself, "We're here."

We won nearly $51,000 playing Keno on only the second try.

After that the hotel comped our room for the first night and added a second night!

After collecting our winnings, we decided it was a play day. So, we tried everything from BINGO to Tables. It sure is a lot more fun playing at the Casino when you're not worried about loosing it. All day long it was like I couldn't loose. I even tried the Wheel of Fortune in the High Rollers Room and won!

    What a bunch of fun!
    That's All Folks!

Well, honey wants another Harley and we were thinking that since we have a WG truck there is a space for us to use to store our WG equipment. We could have a removable bike rack built and use the motorcycle to enjoy all those places that don't allow trucks on our layovers.

    That is one idea . . .

Not bad !! in these times you could probably find a very nice one for less than the average cost.

Did they hand you a "1099" to go along with your winnings?

congratZ on your winning , what a nice thing to read in today world .
    I'm kind of jealous ...
as stated , the way to enjoy your winning and to win again ,is to share your fortune with the less lucky ones ,many options to choose from .
Please post a Pict. of the new Harley , and the lift...
