There are people in need of help. Charity is one of the nobler human motivations. The act of reaching into one's own pockets to help a fellow man in need is praiseworthy and laudable. Reaching into someone else's pocket is despicable and worthy of condemnation.

Hey, I resemble that remark http://www.expeditersonline.com/foru...t-express.html
If it was my post that got us blocked I sincerly appologize. I was just so excited about being able to see us and wanting every one else to know I never thought they would block it.
You frigin' people... you have no idea how to defend a nation. All you did was weaken a country today, Obama. That's all you did. You put people's lives in danger. Sweet dreams, son.

Re: Congrats Bolt Express
What I find surprising on Bolts or the Alliances site is how many Sprinters there are, and secondly, how many are listed at 4000lbs for load capacity. Can a Sprinter carry a 4000lb payload? Even more questionable is if the driver has any personal effects with him.
Even seen a few with 5k listed.
Just an observation that I wondered about.fleet owner

Re: Congrats Bolt Express
That was my thought. Could be a dually or two out there, but not many. And if they were, the listed dimensions aren't accurate unless the wheel wells have been altered.

Re: Congrats Bolt Express
It's wishful thinking.
How many here have some idea that they can actually haul up to 10k, not have a gross weight of 10k?
I have seen 16 foot box truck with a heavy morgan box on a 10k chassis with the owner claiming they can take 4000 lbs while having more crap on board than my truck has.Greg

Re: Congrats Bolt Express
The vehicles listed on the vehicle search on Bolt's website include partner carrier trucks (ie. other Alliance members who choose to post their vehicles)
Some of the T1N 2500's nearly so (max cargo capacity on a the short wheelbase T1N is 3950 lbs)
No argument there - mine is listed at 2500 lbs cargo capacity.
Even the T1N 3500 is only listed at 4824 lbs, max cargo capacity.
Base curb weights on the cab chassis 2500 (8550 GVW) are 4139 to 4203 lbs.
Base curb weights on the cab chassis 3500 (10,200 GVW) are 4426 to 4536 lbs.
Of course, that doesn't include a box ....Last edited by RLENT; 03-18-2010 at 04:07 PM.

Re: Congrats Bolt Express
I don't get it?
The older 2500's were listed as 8550 gvrw and a curb weight of about 5500 completely void of anything..just the shell...Jack Berrys van still for sale!! Great price NOW! $20,000....see link to contact
