    Smile great news from laredo

this post is to let all know that the t/a in laredo just hired our and im sure quite a few others favorite mgr. nick. the former flying j restaraunt mgr. he is currently cooking and training at th t/a and should be overseeing the restaraunt shortly. from what he told me, the t/a is taking a new outlook on expediters and realize what we appreciate. they also know we appreciate being able to park out front. seems they want our business. so on behalf of nick to all who now how great a guy he is and the type of personal service he gave us at the j, he would like to extend that level of personal service to all at the t/a. he also stated that he would like to say hi to all who come in and help with any problems. so make sure to look or ask for him. and one last thing he wanted to say was what he always said at the j, my home is your home. i for one am very exited about this news.

Hey that is interesting news. I have always thought the TA in Laredo had pretty good service and now maybe the food will be better also.

If he is the manager in the restaurant that I met after last night's dinner, he is a nice guy.The dinner was perfect in every way.I e-mailed t/a and let them know that. Was surprised to see the t/a allowing all of those s/t's out front. When I had mine, and tried that, it wasnt even 2 minutes and they were chasing me out.Think they would designate an area for the S/t's and vans in Laredo, seeing how many are usually down there. Can't figure out why the J won't let the s/t's park out front.I mean, how many times have we seen r.v's out there? It's not Laredo is a major tourist attraction or anything. It would make better sense to let them park out front, and free up the larger spots out back for the semi's.
