if this bill makes it pass Harry and his buddies, it make no difference at all what is in it and barry knows that too well,,,all this bill does it open the door for total government control of the people...this bill continue to be change and ammended for the next 30 yrs...adding mandate after mandate in the effort to control the people.. what you see today, is just the beginning....
