See there is a very good explanation and it is not the one ALGORE has been saying this week.

Obama finally got the keys to the weather machine that Cheney had made for Bush by Haliburton which is located in the same part of the bunker where computer that Bush used to set the oil prices is located (did you notice the oil prices wildly fluctuating the first weeks of the administration - they were learning how to use the oil price setting website). It was a fight to get those keys but Bush came up with a fair way for Obama to get them, arm wrestling. Obama won the first round of an arm wrestling match with Karl Rove but he didn't win the second round which was for the instructions on how to operate the machine, it is still stuck on Hurricane in the Gulf settings but Obama wants snow in Las Vegas and is ****ed he lost.

Robert Gibbs mumbled something about it in the morning coffee clutch with ABC reporters and the GMA gang.

Hurricanes are REALLY cool looking storms and fasinating to watch and study. One of natures most important re-building tools. Man just need to learn how to work with them rather than against them. They will ALWAYS be with us. The disasters are man made, we KNOW how to avoid the VAST majority of damage from hurricanes.
