I have proven I can make 2 weeks pay in one week running single.

I can make my goal of 1000 a week runnng single easy

the only one that benfits from teaming is the OOP if you drive for one and of the course the Company that the company is leased on to.

I can sit next to the guy, that got less time than me but for some reason the computer says he is 10 miles closer to the pick up and he gets the load. How can that be??

I say give me a break.

Please dont say were still ironing out the bugs, I say get some Raid it may help.

When you crawl under peoples houses you here things and by the way when people forget to hang up the phone the listening gets realy interesting.

Good point Linda. Iceroadtrucker you did say you could make more in one week running single. Linda got you on that. So which is it, are you running team or single bud?

There are many many T/T companies you could go to and run the wheels off if you want more miles. I just don't understand your complaints.

As far as getting fed steak dinners, we take what is profitable and leave what isn't. Yes, we sit sometimes more than we would like to, but it's the nature of the job.

Ice, when you get a chance to sit a little, you can grill your own steaks...makes a great dinner, and it's cheaper

I grill tube steaks a lot and they're easy to eat with one hand leaving the other for the steering wheel.

I sat there and said I can make more monie running single on the east coast then I can with a Lame duck co driver.

I will leave it at that.

1st off I make a higher percentage running single.
2nd running team I get less.
3rd the ill conception that your gowing to make more running a team is a farce the only one that puts more in their pocket is the man that owns the truck. Tec Its easer for me to make my 1000 bucks a week by my self then running a team.
Also I dont have to worry about some body falling asleep at the wheel or play the one Eyed wille when I suppose to be sleeping. Also If I all Im getting is a couple runs for the week I fare better during the slow time for my money than I do with a team. Now I will agree teams tend to get the long runs but they are not always so lucurative. Some times more is less I also look at this dollars times days. if it dont add to a min of 200 bucks a day for a team run per driver then the runs not worth it. If I were single or had my wife out here then it would be different. U people that are man and wife teams got it made. Where Ones like me are arnt so lucky Must be like a never ending honey moon. HA
Now My question to you is WHY ISN BG TEAMING?? (Thanks BIG H for telling me the truth on the above). Why I will tell U why as he makes more monie for himself all the money goes home.
4th all your monies go into one pot where if I run a team it gets divided up 3 ways the drivers off the bottom and the owner gets it off the top. SO he gets the fuel surcharge ya ya he pays the fuel. But I know it dont cost that much for the dum state tax junk.
5th I not going to get into a heated discussion with you as its not worth my time to do so as it seems for certain one here they thrive on it. I dont!!! I made plain statement and can back up what I say. It dont matter to me what U or anyone here thinks.
