On the home page of EO and on other trucking sites it was announced that Pete Rigney AKA The Silver Fox passed away . I met Pete and his girl Shirlee one time in Lordsburg NM. They were extremely pleasant and were fun to talk to. INMO Pete was one of the best writers on trucking and travel issues in the industry. Read his Bio and last columun in LandLine and you can see he was a gifted writer.

He will be missed.
