fuel surcharge

I own a B unit and am leased to a regional midwest expeditor. I have a question regarding fuel surcharge. Does the company that collects the surcharge from the customer have to pass that onto the o/o or can they use that money however they want. In my case the money is not being passed on to me and I'm wondering if I'm getting the short end of the stick or if this is sop. Thanks for any help and stay safe.:-) :-) :-) :-)

If I was you I would join OOIDA and have them look into it. Those folks can take care of you. That is what they are there for.

Thanks for the web sight help. I checked the sight and the particular legislation regarding fuel surcharges was on the sight. It looks like I need to pursue this further because the way i read it, they are legally required to pass that surcharge on to the o/o. Appreciate the reply. Stay safe.
