FAA Regulations
The following is a memo from the Federal Aviation Administration:
As of January 2000, on any flight over two hours duration the FAA is instituting a new procedure.
Every 15 minutes a camera mounted in the ****pit will automatically take a picture of the flight deck.
This will insure that the pilots are awake, alert, and in their places.
The attached picture is one of the first to be made public.
