I just came back from a mini-camp session at Seattle featuring those walk-ons we talked about.
Wow, that Campbell kid is wonderful. He can catch, hits like a freight train and has 4.3 speed. Not to shabby for a 5'10" 220lber.
I think he will be a great addition to the Maize and Blue if he gets there for pre-season drills.
He is also very cultured and carries himself well.
One of the most polite kids there. He is all business on the field though, and given a chance
could work his way into the line up and be a star reciever/cornerback. With the reduction in scholarships i know you can't have 'em all on scholarship at once. His grades are 3.7, with a math concentration. Now that's a great student player to have.
