How about any feedback from drivers on their experiences with having damaged or late loads? Comments?

Bill you know that expedidters are not allowed to be late and if they are they are subjected to CRUEL and UNUSUAL, punishment

Cruel and/or unusual punishment?
How about this for cruel? Six weeks in the electric chair with wet underwear, connected to an old 6 volt battery, and forced to answer the phone on the customer complaint desk for Bennie's Expedite and Laundry service. HA HA Jim..
