Re: Time we want Safety Messages
Afternoon, once a week, on the weekend. Safety doesn't have to be there. They just have to load that week's messages into the system and the computer automatically spit them out at a predetermined time, or at least that's how it shouyld be set up to work. Sunday afternoon would be the least disturbing to sleep and sleep is more important from a safety standpoint than a message that many frankly aren't going to even read.

Re: Time we want Safety Messages
But I don't want weekday anytime and weekends aren't an option to vote for.

Re: Time we want Safety Messages
I would like the message to be sent when I am awake and in "on duty" status.
How about, I send them a message similar to the "status check" and then it prompts the fleet message to be returned right then when I am able to safetly read it and actually pay attention.
Sorry, the convenient time changes daily and you have asked an impossible question for me.

Re: Time we want Safety Messages
Leo I agree with you on weekend messages but the idea of fleet messages is to reach out and touch as many drivers as possible.
My thoughts are that lets get the message at a certain time each day. The reality of this situation is we are going to get the messages, they are going to come on weekdays, so how can we make them as palatable as possible?
After we figure out afternoon or evening I will post another one on what hour we would like best!Bob & Linda
