can't tell you what you ask. But can tell you that for all the guys I've met working there about 50% were looking for other carriers and a strange thing about them is that hardly any would talk about what's it like there. So little info from the drivers who've been there awhile.

Before leaping there definitely look carefully at their rates and anything they tell you. They do have some fleet owners and some appear (note appear) to be inside people. Have definitely heard about favouritism there but that I think is something you get at many companies.

Have other observations about them but will not put over the forum.

Keep looking and think carefully about anyone you're going to.

i am with ctx and in a sprinter, but thinking a straight truck my better suit my needs!!
