Where is home base for you?

I'm going to be getting into this by late spring and
I was wondering where most of the Canadian guys call home. I live in Kitchener, is there much freight here or is it primarily Mississauga or Windsor way? Trying to budget how far I'll usually have to deadhead to get home.

RE: Where is home base for you?

Definitely Kitchener/Waterloo/Cambridge is a good area to be in. Lots of loads out of there and going there. It is also not too far from Mississauga/Concord so the deadhead home from there isn't too bad either.

I now live in Brampton and go all over the prov and out of it and for me deadheading is a part of my lot. This is better than living up near talisman ski resort as the drive home now is a lot less.

There are a few companies in that area as well so you're definitely in a good starting point.
