Who is the unsatisfactory carrier you're with now?
Even the first initial might help.

RE: Recommendation for a new company
Read the papers....TST does a lot of Automotive.
What is happening in Automotive?
Plants closing, plants going on short weeks, suppliers going bankrupt.
It ain't a pretty picture.
What are you going to haul when Automotive slows down?
Doesn't matter what company you work for.
We aren't the same as the Americans; they seem to have a broader variety of customers for expedite.
We are limited to Trans Border work.
Have you tried Dynamex?
What about PacEx from Hamilton?

RE: Recommendation for a new company
As much as I promote Dynamex, they have went and put on about 20 new vans in the last 2 months. Not good for the existing drivers.I have yet to see any NEW customers to justify this increase.
DX does not do alot of automotive maybe 15%. More aerospace...
Maybe try to get a greencard and work in the U.S.?
I worked with Pacex for about 8 months at the start of my expediting career...very nice people, great rate of pay, but it's mostly one way..so you can cut that rate in half.
