Saturday , Oct. 4 I was at U.S. Customs at Port Huron around 3:30 a.m. . I was behind a FECC C unit . He had his lights on at the booth but when he was handed his passport back he turned his lights off and headed out with them off . Luckily there was no MI DOT officer watching trucks leaving customs as is almost always the case .
