im 32 years old with a nc class b cdl and very much want to get in the business. Every company i have talked to wants 2 years experience expediting. Any suggestions

Simple - talk to more companies ?

Try giving Mark or Anne (AnneM here on EO) a call - they may be able to hook you up with an owner looking for a driver.

Of course it goes almost without saying, spend some time here reading back a year or two in the General forum so that you understand what you are getting into.
