I'm not "blowing a cork" but I'd like to know how you gleaned from the story
what political affiliation these particular rioters have?
The intention of the story was to compare that the youth of Iran are fighting for their freedom while the youth of this country riots when
their team wins.
When I look at pictures of the Iranian youths, I don't see arm loads of shoes being carried off either. Wonder what stealing shoes has to do with winning?
