I suppose there's a way to take another exit and wind around to the J . They also have the westbound exit on 400 for the Wyoming fuel stop closed . Then when you get to MI you can't get to the Marathon and Mobil (at the 262 ? )

Westbound get off at e195 and go south first right should be Wilton Grove road take that to Highbury turn right to the J.
When you leave the J turn south(left) right on Wilton Grove will take you to Wellington turn right to the 401
