I've called the free 411 number several times, (usually to get a customer phone number, when the one provided turns out to be someone's voicemail, and I can't find their street on the Garmin, Streets & Trips, or the atlas), and the voice recognition program never seems to understand what I'm saying. Maybe I just talk funny, but last time I tried, it kept hearing Kentucky, when I said Tennessee

Anyone else have that problem?
