Net profit is gonna vary wildly between trucks and drivers, but what I do, at least, is it works about to be about a third is expenses (fuel and QC and insurance and stuff), a third goes to me, and a third goes to the truck (for maintenance and stuff). There's usually plenty left over in the truck account at the end of the year, of which some I might take for myself, or I'll use it to keep for either an unexpected maintenance or repair, or towards the next truck (van, actually).
