We bought a Rocket Grill and a meal we are really stuck on right now is Hillshire Farms Italian Style Smoked sausage, bell peppers and onions. I cut the sausage into about 4" pieces, cut up the onion and bell pepper into long pieces then stick them into the grill for about ten minutes! We either eat this as it comes out of the grill or if driving put this on a hot dog bun.
