Hi Toes,

Yes, the mileage for you to find a new job is deductiable to you as a mileage deduction. The rate is $.36 per mile as long as you have records.
Where is the IRP plate coming From, I hope its not Okla. and you live in another state, you will have problems, What size unit do you have. and what company have you signed on with, if its Fedex or Tri-State, you will have a problem with the Okla apportioned plate. All persons who do not have an actual place of residence in Oklahoma, are not allowed to use Okla for there IRP plates. you must have an electric bill or lease agreement from that residence.
