| My name is Charles. I want to go back out on the road again and am in need to purchase a clean dependable extended cargo van for expediting use. Please reply if you have a van you would like to sell with flexible terms. I would be interested in a lease purchase / seller financed type plan. The vehicle I currently own is too old for the road as I have recently been doing only local deliveries with it.
I am looking for a 2002 or newer, 1 ton, extended length, cargo van. I prefer a Ford but would consider a Chevy. Diesel is preferred but not mandatory. A sleeper and other amenities are optional, but preferred. I am looking to spend no more than $10,000 for the vehicle, but would also consider an ‘07 or ‘08 vehicle depending upon your offer and terms.
I can offer the following,
1. I can afford $500.00 to $1000.00 as down payment with the balance paid within 12 months (depending upon the final agreed upon price. we can agree upon a weekly / monthly payment or a percentage of revenue)
2. You can keep the current plates on the van and hold the title until van is paid
3. I will put the necessary full coverage insurance with you as the listed beneficiary.
4. I would assume all cost of maintenance and upkeep on the truck until it is paid in full.
We would also, of course, put this in a legal and binding agreement to protect both of us. I would also be willing, if you required it, to put the title of my current van up as additional collateral. (Kelly blue book is about $1800.00)
