Seren Setting, Excellent Food
The Wappo Bar and Bistro is our perfect lunch spot in Calistoga. We sit outside under the wisteria vines in the early summer.

My favorite entree is the salmon sandwich on foccacia bread. Water is served with a slice of cucumber which is very refreshing. The desserts are also very good.

Most unique in Calistoga
The owners show a devotion to preparing unique menus that are not duplicated anywhere else in Calistoga. When your glass of water first arrives at your table, and you take your first sip you will be pleasntly surprised with some happy flavors. All menu items are prepared fresh. [25 Feb 2004 17:04:47]
